Silk Cocoons of Light

These hand-woven mirrors are fashioned by a group of women in a dairy farming collective from the animal-friendly nylon used to keep the cows from roaming and the silkworm cocoons that are produced in abundance in Thailand's silk centers. The result is extra income for the women with no damage to the environment and one-of-a-kind light sculptures for the home.
